Eucharistic Ministers
In its time of joy and rediscovery following Vatican II the Church now welcomes lay people to share in the task of distributing the Eucharist to the Faithful. There can hardly be any greater honour for a lay person. Those appointed have the wondrous privilege of carrying the Lord to their fellow parishioners. The rota is worked out in advance to suit people at a meeting once every two months. Currently people are fulfilling their commitment about once every four weeks.
